Oath is an iOS app by Streamvisor GmbH that helps you set limits for distracting apps and websites using Apple's Screen Time tools.
Information We Collect
Oath stores the information needed to run the app exclusively on your device.
Your Screen Time selections are stored as privacy-preserving Apple tokens. Your Screen Time usage data and blocking state are stored on your device.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how Oath is used and to improve the app. Analytics events may include onboarding progress, subscription actions, and an anonymous app identifier. We do not send your display name, selected app token contents, or detailed Screen Time usage history to PostHog.
Purchases
Oath uses RevenueCat and Apple to manage subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, and restores. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, and App Store transaction information.Payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide app blocking, show your progress, manage subscriptions, improve the app, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Choices
You can change or revoke Screen Time access in iOS Settings. You can delete local Oath data by deleting the app from your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Age Requirement
Oath is rated 4+ on the App Store and intended for users who are able to engage with the beneficial effect of limiting screen usage.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Oath changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
